Please add also all the information about the history of the work, the execution date and the origin. All information must be notified only by means of the printed attached form. The application must be signed in acceptance of all clauses and conditions of the procedure.

The Foundation will proceed to a first verification and confrontation with the archive data. Then, by appointment, the applicant (or a person in charge) must present the work to the Authentication Commission of the Foundation for a direct examination.

The certificate of authenticity of the work is discretional and unquestionable.

In case of positive evaluation and after payment, the Foundation will send to the applicant – in a single copy – the certificate of authenticity with the alphanumerical identification code of the archive. The work must be always accompanied by the Alphanumerical Identification Code in case of ownership transfer. In order to keep track of the work, please communicate to the Foundation the identification data of the new owner.

To prevent falisifications, a duplicate of the certification of authenticity can not be released in any case.
